Please Note: All item quantities are determined by the number of guest in the group. (Excluding the "Office Eats" section of the menu) Management reserves the right to make corrections quantities to reflect actual guest count.

Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.

Ralphs’s catering hours for normal service is 7:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M.

Orders placed less than 24 hours in advance, or for same day delivery will be subject to availability and a $25 delivery fee.

All breakfast and lunch packages must be placed for a minimum of 10 guests unless otherwise noted.

Changes can be made to your order directly online up to 24 hours prior to your delivery time. Please contact the catering department at 470-717-8585 with any changes required in less than 24 hours.

All items will be picked up within 2 hours of the setup time. Beverage service will be charged by meal period if a meeting spans more than 4 hours.

Deliveries made between 5:30 am - 7:00 am and after 4:00 pm will incur an additional $75 after hours delivery fee.

Labor will be charged at catering director's discretion based on event requirements and additional labor may be charged if event goes past scheduled time. All orders after 4:00 PM will incur $75 after hours delivery fee Additional charges for labor will also be billed at $22.00 per hour per staff member required for the event. The amount of staff members and time required will be determined by the Catering Director.

Payment information must include the entire Corporate Cost Center or accurate credit card information. Payment information must be received prior to delivery.
